Hughesnet Private Network service plans have two components: One or more Remote Locations and a single Data Center.
The Data Center is the location that will function as a Customer HQ site. The Data Center will have it's own D-H service plan with enough bandwidth to support the total number of Remote Sites. Each Remote Site will have a D service plan robust enough to support the number of users at each location. Each Remote Site can have a different D service plan
Each Remote Site can also overlay any Business Internet (BI) Service Plan on top of a Remote D plan so that the Remote Site can have direct connectivity to the Internet as well as Private Network connectivity to the Data Center |

BI Overlay services (with the exception of BI 50 as noted below) provide the same performance metrics as primary BI service plans. All BI Overlay plans are subject to the same Terms, Conditions, and Limitations of primary BI service plans.
(2) BI 50 is only available as an Overlay service plan. BI 50 is designed for low duty-cycle Extranet applications, offering a Download Threshold of 100 MB and speeds that burst up to 128 Kbps upstream and up to 1 Mbps downstream |
